LIMITED WARRANTIES:

Powder coat: Powder coat products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year. DuraCoat: DuraCoat products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years. Stainless Steel / Galvanized: Stainless steel and galvanized products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of seven years. SiteScapes, Inc. liability and the buyer's remedy under these warranties are limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, at SiteScapes option, of products determined in SiteScapes reasonable judgment to be defective in workmanship or materials. SiteScapes will not be held responsible for the costs incurred in labor to remove, install, or replace the alleged defective product. SiteScapes warranties do not cover any defects or failures resulting from vandalism, negligence, accidents, abuse, lack of maintenance, or improper use or installation. In addition, SiteScapes will not cover any defects or failure due to product that has been tampered with or altered, modified or repaired by anyone not previously approved by SiteScapes.

MATERIALS / FINISHES:

Materials include recycled steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. All steel products and components carry a 20 year structural warranty. Finishes include powder coat, galvanized, DuraCoat, and various stainless steel brush finishes. DuraCoat finish products are sandblasted prior to application.

Powder coat finish ( One year warranty )

1. Product in raw form is fabricated from all pickled and oiled carbon steel to minimize unwanted mill scale.
2. Product is rinsed in an alkali chemical wash to further remove any surface rust or grease and oil.
3. Fresh water rinse
4. Product receives a phosphate treatment further promoting powder adhesion and inhibiting rust prior to coating.
5. Fresh water rinse
6. Product receives a non-chromate rust inhibitor/sealant.
7. Product is preheated 15-20 minutes to eliminate moisture and break down Faraday cages.
8. Product is air sprayed to further eliminate any remaining water collected in cracks and crevices.
9. Product is briefly cooled to optimum coating temperatures
10. A TGIC polyester powder is applied at 2.5-4 mils. The polyester powder is an exterior rated coating and maximizes protection against the elements.
11. Product is baked again 30-40 minutes to cure the final coat.
