AvonDale Benches utilize an Ipe hardwood seating surface.
Ipe is a Brazilian hardwood that is considered a heavy
timber and one of the most durable species available.
This wood weathers to a smooth and attractive finish
while remaining extremely resistant to decay and insects.
In addition, Ipe carries a class A fire rating. Avondale
benches make a great wood park bench indoors or outdoor.

Seat straps – 1” x 4” Ipe hardwood
1” solid square bar or decorative cast iron
No visible hardware on seating or back rest surfaces
Choices
Choose six or eight foot length; backed or backless;
steel bar ends, cast iron ends, steel loop ends, or
steel bar ends with no armrests; zero or one center
armrest, powdercoat or Duracoat finish; and color.

Sustainability and LEED
Avondale steel frame products have a grecycled material
content of 99% of which 87% is post consumer content.
This content may vary based on the product design, product
material type, and interchangable parts. In addition,
all recycled lumber utilized on these products is derived
from High Polyethylene (HDPE) and maintains at least
60% post consumer content. For more information about
