SiteScapes Inc., a growing site furnishings and amenities manufacturer is currently looking for a sales assistant and general officer manager.

As a sales assistant with SiteScapes, you will work with lead based software to connect with both architects and contractors to identify qualified leads and sales opportunities throughout the construction bid process. The Sales Assistant will work with the Customer Service and Sales departments in a team effort to secure orders for SiteScapes.

This is an entry level position with great potential for growth and movement up within the company. Job training with lead software and enterprise resource programs will be provided. This job is ideal for motivated individuals interested in construction-related sales and service.

Principle responsibilities will be varied, but will include:

  • Locate and identify potential projects using lead based software.
  • Prospecting and profiling potential accounts.
  • Utilize phone, email, and web tools to effectively communicate our offerings.
  • Prepare physical catalogs, binders, and samples for shipping.
  • Answer/respond to customers inbound product questions.
  • Maintain customer data through use with company enterprise resource systems.
  • Be responsible for calls to prospective customers and preparing and delivering estimates and quotes.
  • Various phone answering and forwarding responsibilities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelors Degree a plus.
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience preferred but not required, preferably in the Construction industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, and persuasive.
  • Must be results driven and goal-oriented.
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web browsers.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills via the phone and internet.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the Internet.
  • You must want to work in a casual, fun and innovative environment.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Positive attitude with the demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
  • Located or willing to locate to Lincoln NE

Additional Information:
This position is for part-time flexible hours with the potential to grow into a full time permanent position. Compensation will be hourly base pay with possible sales bonuses. Salary range is dependent on education, certifications and experience.
